Delivery Policy

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

At Andlyl, we provide digital technology solutions designed around each client's business requirements. Since our services are primarily digital, delivery typically takes place electronically through online platforms, cloud environments, repositories, client portals, email, or other agreed channels.

This Delivery Policy explains how we plan, develop, deliver, and deploy our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to digital services provided by Andlyl, including:

  • Custom software development
  • Website development
  • Web applications
  • Mobile applications
  • SaaS products
  • AI solutions
  • Automation systems
  • AI chatbots and agents
  • API integrations
  • CRM and business applications
  • UI/UX design
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Software maintenance and technical services

The exact delivery requirements for each project will be defined in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work ("SOW"), or service agreement.

2. Digital Delivery

Andlyl does not generally ship physical products.

Depending on the nature of the engagement, deliverables may be provided through:

  • Email
  • Cloud storage
  • Client portals
  • Git repositories
  • Development or staging environments
  • Production servers
  • App stores
  • Web hosting environments
  • APIs or software integrations
  • Other digital delivery methods agreed upon with the client

The delivery method will depend on the type of project and the client's requirements.

3. Project Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are established based on the agreed project scope, technical requirements, resources, dependencies, and client responsibilities.

Typical project phases may include:

  1. Discovery and requirements
  2. Planning and technical specification
  3. UI/UX design
  4. Development
  5. Integration
  6. Testing and quality assurance
  7. Client review
  8. Revisions
  9. Deployment
  10. Final handover

The estimated timeline will be communicated before or at the beginning of the project where reasonably practicable.

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

Larger projects may be divided into milestones.

A milestone may include the delivery of:

  • Design screens
  • Website sections
  • Application modules
  • Backend functionality
  • APIs
  • Automation workflows
  • AI functionality
  • Testing builds
  • Staging versions
  • Production releases

Clients may be required to review and approve each milestone before Andlyl proceeds to the next phase.

5. Client Review and Approval

Once a deliverable or milestone is ready for review, Andlyl may provide access to the applicable files, system, staging environment, prototype, or software build.

Clients are expected to review the deliverable and provide feedback within the timeframe established in the project agreement.

Delays in receiving feedback, approvals, content, credentials, or other required information may affect the overall delivery timeline.

6. Final Delivery

A project will generally be considered ready for final delivery when the agreed deliverables have been completed and have undergone the applicable testing and review process.

Final delivery may include:

  • Production deployment
  • Source code handover where applicable
  • Design files where included
  • Documentation
  • Login credentials or account transfer where applicable
  • Deployment information
  • API documentation
  • Technical documentation
  • Other deliverables specified in the project agreement

The specific items included in final delivery will depend on the agreed scope.

7. Website Delivery

For website projects, delivery may include:

  • Website design
  • Front-end development
  • Back-end development
  • CMS configuration
  • Database configuration
  • Third-party integrations
  • Responsive implementation
  • Testing
  • Deployment to the agreed hosting environment

The website will be considered delivered once it has been deployed to the agreed environment or otherwise made available to the client for acceptance, subject to the applicable project agreement.

8. Web and Mobile Application Delivery

For software and mobile application projects, delivery may occur through:

  • Development environments
  • Staging environments
  • Test builds
  • Production servers
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play
  • Enterprise distribution
  • Client-controlled infrastructure

App-store publication may depend on third-party review and approval processes.

Andlyl cannot guarantee the exact timing of approval by Apple, Google, hosting providers, or other third parties.

9. AI and Automation Delivery

For AI and automation projects, delivery may include:

  • AI agents
  • Chatbots
  • Automated workflows
  • API integrations
  • CRM automation
  • Business process automation
  • AI-powered applications
  • Dashboards
  • Automation workflows
  • Documentation and configuration

AI and automation systems may depend on third-party APIs, AI models, cloud platforms, databases, messaging platforms, or other external services.

Changes or interruptions to these services may affect delivery or functionality.

10. Cybersecurity Service Delivery

Cybersecurity services may be delivered through:

  • Security assessment reports
  • Vulnerability reports
  • Security recommendations
  • Configuration changes
  • Security documentation
  • Technical remediation
  • Monitoring systems
  • Security dashboards
  • Other agreed deliverables

Where testing or assessment is performed, delivery timelines depend partly on the availability of authorized systems, credentials, environments, and client cooperation.

11. Third-Party Dependencies

Some projects depend on third-party services or platforms.

Examples include:

  • Cloud providers
  • Payment gateways
  • AI providers
  • Email and SMS providers
  • Hosting companies
  • Domain providers
  • App stores
  • External APIs
  • Authentication platforms
  • Software libraries

Andlyl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party outages, approval processes, API changes, service restrictions, account issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Client-Caused Delays

Delivery timelines may be extended when the project is delayed because of:

  • Late feedback
  • Late approvals
  • Missing content
  • Missing credentials
  • Delayed payments
  • Changes in requirements
  • Unavailable client representatives
  • Delayed access to third-party platforms
  • Changes requested after approval
  • Other client-controlled dependencies

Andlyl will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant timeline changes.

13. Scope Changes and Delivery Dates

Requests that materially change the original project scope may require additional development time.

Examples include:

  • New features
  • Additional pages or screens
  • New integrations
  • New platforms
  • Changes to approved designs
  • Additional automation workflows
  • Additional security requirements
  • Major changes to business logic

Where applicable, Andlyl will provide an updated estimate or change order before undertaking significant additional work.

14. Testing Before Delivery

Andlyl may conduct appropriate testing before delivering a project.

Testing may include:

  • Functional testing
  • Responsive testing
  • Integration testing
  • Compatibility testing
  • Performance testing
  • Security testing where included
  • User acceptance testing

Clients may also be provided with a staging or testing environment before production deployment.

15. Acceptance of Deliverables

A deliverable may be considered accepted when:

  • The client provides written approval;
  • The client begins using the deliverable in production;
  • The client does not identify material issues within the agreed review period; or
  • The acceptance criteria defined in the applicable agreement have been satisfied.

Specific acceptance procedures will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

16. Handover

Where applicable, Andlyl may provide a project handover after final delivery.

Depending on the project, the handover may include:

  • Source code
  • Design files
  • Documentation
  • Deployment instructions
  • Credentials or account transfer
  • API documentation
  • Database information
  • Administrative access
  • Training or walkthrough sessions where included

The exact handover items will be defined in the applicable project agreement.

17. Source Code Delivery

Source code will be provided or transferred when source-code delivery is included in the applicable agreement.

Andlyl may retain ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, reusable components, internal tools, development methodologies, and proprietary technology used to create the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

18. Deployment

Where deployment is included in the project scope, Andlyl may deploy the completed solution to the agreed production environment.

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership and access to their hosting, domain, cloud, app-store, and third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.

Deployment to third-party platforms may be subject to their requirements and approval processes.

19. Delivery of Credentials

Where credentials are required for project handover, Andlyl may provide or transfer access using an appropriate secure method.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials after they have been transferred.

Andlyl recommends that clients use strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, and other appropriate security controls.

20. Post-Delivery Issues

If an issue is identified after delivery, Andlyl may investigate whether it falls within the agreed warranty or support period.

Issues caused by:

  • Unauthorized modifications;
  • Changes made by third parties;
  • Client-side configuration;
  • Third-party service changes;
  • New requirements;
  • Infrastructure changes; or
  • Use outside the agreed specifications

may be treated as additional work.

The applicable project agreement will determine the specific support and warranty obligations.

21. Delayed or Abandoned Projects

If a project remains inactive because required client information, approvals, access, or payments have not been provided for an extended period, Andlyl may place the project on hold.

Restarting a project after an extended period may require:

  • Reassessment of requirements;
  • Updated technical estimates;
  • Revised timelines;
  • Additional costs; or
  • A new project agreement.

Any such requirements will be communicated to the client before work resumes.

22. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete when the agreed deliverables have been provided through the agreed delivery method, deployed where applicable, and/or made available for client acceptance according to the applicable project agreement.

Completion of delivery does not automatically include unlimited future development, maintenance, or feature enhancements.

23. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or timeline presented before finalizing the project scope is an estimate.

Andlyl will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules, but delivery dates may change due to technical complexity, client dependencies, third-party services, scope changes, or circumstances outside Andlyl's reasonable control.
