Service Policy

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

At Andlyl, we believe successful technology projects are built on clear communication, defined expectations, and a structured delivery process.

This Service Policy explains how we deliver our technology services, what clients can expect from us, and the responsibilities that apply throughout an engagement.

This policy applies to services provided by Andlyl unless different terms are agreed upon in a signed proposal, Statement of Work ("SOW"), Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), or other written agreement.

1. Our Services

Andlyl provides technology and software services including:

  • AI solutions and business automation
  • AI agents and chatbots
  • Workflow and process automation
  • Custom web development
  • Mobile application development
  • SaaS product development
  • API development and integrations
  • CRM and business software
  • UI/UX design and development
  • Cloud and technology solutions
  • Cybersecurity consulting and implementation
  • Software maintenance and technical support
  • Technology consulting

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each client are defined in the applicable project agreement or proposal.

2. Discovery and Project Assessment

Before beginning a project, Andlyl may conduct a discovery process to understand the client's:

  • Business objectives
  • Existing technology infrastructure
  • Functional requirements
  • Technical requirements
  • Target users
  • Integrations
  • Security requirements
  • Project timeline
  • Budget and priorities

Based on this assessment, Andlyl may provide recommendations, technical specifications, project estimates, or a proposal.

Initial estimates are not guaranteed project costs or completion dates unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

3. Project Scope

Every project should have a clearly defined scope.

The agreed scope may include:

  • Features and functionality
  • Platforms and technologies
  • Number of pages, screens, or modules
  • Integrations
  • Design requirements
  • Development milestones
  • Testing requirements
  • Deployment requirements
  • Support period
  • Project deliverables

Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees and development time.

4. Project Timeline

Andlyl will establish project timelines based on the agreed scope, technical requirements, dependencies, and available resources.

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Changes in requirements
  • Delayed client feedback
  • Delayed approvals
  • Missing content or assets
  • Third-party API or service delays
  • Hosting or infrastructure issues
  • Changes to project scope
  • Technical dependencies outside Andlyl's control

Where a significant delay occurs, Andlyl will communicate the impact on the project timeline as reasonably practicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients play an important role in keeping projects on schedule.

Clients are expected to provide necessary:

  • Content
  • Images and media
  • Brand assets
  • Business information
  • Technical requirements
  • API credentials
  • Hosting access
  • Third-party account access
  • Feedback
  • Approvals
  • Testing and acceptance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials and information provided to Andlyl are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use those materials.

Delays caused by missing information or delayed client responses may result in corresponding changes to the project timeline.

6. Communication and Feedback

Andlyl maintains clear communication throughout active projects.

Depending on the project, communication may take place through:

  • Email
  • Project management platforms
  • Messaging applications
  • Video meetings
  • Client portals
  • Other agreed communication channels

Clients should provide consolidated and reasonably clear feedback to help maintain project efficiency.

Where possible, feedback should be provided within the timeframe agreed upon for the project.

7. Design and Revision Policy

Where design services are included, the number of design concepts and revision rounds will be specified in the applicable proposal or SOW.

A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing approved design or deliverable within the agreed scope.

Requests that substantially change the original direction, requirements, functionality, or approved concept may be considered additional work.

Development work based on an approved design may proceed according to the agreed project plan.

8. Development and Testing

Andlyl follows a structured development and testing process appropriate to the project.

Testing may include:

  • Functional testing
  • Integration testing
  • Compatibility testing
  • User acceptance testing
  • Performance testing
  • Security testing where included in the scope

Clients may be asked to participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback before final deployment.

No software system can be guaranteed to be completely free from defects or vulnerabilities. Andlyl will address defects attributable to its work according to the applicable project agreement and support terms.

9. AI and Automation Services

For AI, automation, chatbot, and AI-agent projects, Andlyl may integrate third-party AI models, APIs, automation platforms, cloud services, and other technologies.

AI systems may generate unexpected or inaccurate outputs.

Andlyl will configure and test systems according to the agreed requirements; however, AI performance can depend on third-party models, data quality, prompts, integrations, infrastructure, and other external factors.

Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information where human review is appropriate, particularly for legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other high-impact decisions.

Changes to third-party AI platforms, pricing, APIs, models, usage limits, or policies may require modifications to an existing solution.

10. Cybersecurity Services

Cybersecurity services will be performed only within the scope and authorization agreed with the client.

Depending on the engagement, services may include:

  • Security assessments
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Security configuration
  • Security consulting
  • Application security
  • Infrastructure security
  • Security monitoring
  • Security improvement recommendations

Clients must provide appropriate authorization before Andlyl performs security testing or related activities against systems.

Cybersecurity services reduce identified risks but cannot guarantee that a system will never experience a security incident, breach, vulnerability, or cyberattack.

11. Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on third-party providers such as:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • AI providers
  • Email services
  • SMS providers
  • Mapping services
  • Authentication providers
  • Analytics platforms
  • App stores
  • Domain providers
  • External APIs
  • Software libraries and platforms

Third-party services may have their own pricing, terms, usage limits, availability requirements, and technical restrictions.

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, third-party subscription and usage fees are the client's responsibility.

Andlyl is not responsible for service interruptions or changes caused by third-party providers.

12. Hosting and Deployment

Where hosting or deployment services are included, the applicable agreement will specify the hosting environment and responsibilities of each party.

Unless otherwise agreed, Andlyl is not responsible for infrastructure controlled entirely by the client or a third-party provider.

Before production deployment, clients may be required to provide appropriate credentials, domain information, hosting access, app-store accounts, or other required information.

13. Maintenance and Support

Unless ongoing maintenance is specifically included, development fees generally cover the agreed project scope and delivery rather than unlimited future support.

Support and maintenance may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Security updates
  • Minor improvements
  • Dependency updates
  • Server maintenance
  • Performance monitoring
  • System maintenance

The scope, response times, availability, and fees for ongoing support will be defined in the applicable support or maintenance agreement.

New features and significant modifications are generally treated as separate development work.

14. Bug-Fix Policy

If a delivered software product contains a defect that directly relates to the agreed project requirements, Andlyl may investigate and correct the issue during the applicable warranty or support period.

Issues caused by third-party services, unauthorized modifications, changes made by the client or another developer, infrastructure changes, or requirements introduced after delivery may fall outside the standard bug-fix scope.

The applicable project agreement will determine the specific warranty and support period.

15. Change Requests

Clients may request changes during a project.

Depending on the nature of the request, Andlyl may provide:

  • A revised timeline;
  • Additional development estimates;
  • Additional design estimates;
  • Additional infrastructure costs; or
  • A formal change order.

Andlyl may require written approval before beginning significant work outside the original scope.

16. Payment Policy

Project payment terms are established in the applicable proposal, SOW, invoice, or service agreement.

Depending on the project, payments may be structured around:

  • Initial deposits
  • Development milestones
  • Monthly retainers
  • Recurring subscriptions
  • Final delivery
  • Support and maintenance periods

Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in suspension of work or services.

Any applicable cancellation, refund, or termination terms will be determined by the applicable written agreement.

17. Refunds and Cancellations

Because software development and technology services involve time, resources, planning, design, development, and technical work, fees for completed or committed work may not be refundable.

If a client wishes to cancel a project, the applicable agreement will determine the cancellation process and any amounts payable.

Any refund will be evaluated according to the specific agreement, work completed, expenses incurred, and applicable law.

18. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, Andlyl retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, reusable frameworks, libraries, development tools, methodologies, templates, processes, and know-how.

Third-party software, open-source components, APIs, AI models, and other external technologies remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

19. Data and Confidential Information

Andlyl will handle client information according to applicable agreements and its Privacy Policy.

Clients should provide only information reasonably necessary for the services.

Where projects involve sensitive, personal, regulated, or confidential information, additional security and data-processing requirements may apply.

Clients should not send sensitive credentials or confidential information through unsecured communication channels unless specifically instructed by Andlyl.

20. Security and Access Credentials

Clients may provide Andlyl with access to systems required to perform services.

Clients should provide the minimum level of access reasonably necessary for the work.

Andlyl may request access to:

  • Hosting accounts
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Domain management
  • APIs
  • Databases
  • Analytics platforms
  • App-store accounts
  • Third-party services

Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership and appropriate administrative control over their accounts unless otherwise agreed.

21. Service Availability

Andlyl will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to agreed schedules.

However, service availability may be affected by:

  • Planned maintenance
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party outages
  • Internet disruptions
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Cloud provider issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances outside Andlyl's reasonable control

Specific uptime commitments or Service Level Agreements ("SLAs") will apply only where expressly included in a written agreement.

22. Post-Launch Support

After deployment, clients may require additional support, monitoring, updates, or maintenance.

Unless included in the project agreement, post-launch work may be billed separately.

Examples include:

  • New features
  • UI changes
  • New integrations
  • Server migrations
  • Performance optimization
  • Security improvements
  • Third-party API changes
  • Operating system updates
  • App-store updates
  • Content changes

23. Client-Requested Third-Party Changes

If a third-party platform changes its API, pricing, technical requirements, policies, authentication mechanisms, or functionality, modifications to the client's software may become necessary.

Unless covered by an existing maintenance agreement, such modifications may be treated as additional work.

24. Service Suspension

Andlyl may temporarily suspend services where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Non-payment;
  • Security concerns;
  • Abuse or misuse;
  • Unauthorized access;
  • Violation of applicable agreements;
  • Legal requirements; or
  • Risks to Andlyl's systems or other clients.

Where reasonably practicable, Andlyl will provide notice before suspension.

25. Professional Standards

Andlyl aims to provide services using commercially reasonable development, security, testing, and project-management practices appropriate to the engagement.

Specific technical standards, frameworks, security requirements, compliance requirements, or development methodologies will be agreed upon where necessary for a particular project.

26. No Guarantee of Business Results

Andlyl provides technology and professional services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

For example, Andlyl does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of customers;
  • A specific increase in revenue;
  • A specific number of leads;
  • Search-engine rankings;
  • Advertising performance;
  • Conversion rates;
  • AI-generated business results; or
  • A particular return on investment.

Technology solutions are designed and delivered according to the agreed scope and requirements.

27. Policy Updates

Andlyl may update this Service Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, processes, technology, or business practices.

The latest version will be published on this website with the applicable "Last Updated" date.

Changes to an existing client's contractual service terms will remain subject to the applicable written agreement.
