Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

At Andlyl, we are committed to delivering reliable technology solutions and maintaining clear, transparent relationships with our clients.

Because our services involve professional time, technical expertise, project planning, design, development, testing, infrastructure, and other resources, our refund policy depends on the nature and stage of the service provided.

This Refund Policy applies to Andlyl's software development, AI, automation, cybersecurity, consulting, maintenance, and other digital services unless different terms are agreed upon in a written agreement.

1. General Refund Policy

Payments made to Andlyl for professional services are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work ("SOW"), Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), invoice, or other written agreement.

Before making a payment, clients are encouraged to review the agreed scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedule, and project requirements.

2. Project Deposits

Some projects require an upfront deposit or initial payment before work begins.

The deposit may cover activities such as:

  • Project discovery
  • Business and technical analysis
  • Planning
  • UI/UX design
  • Architecture
  • Development setup
  • Resource allocation
  • Initial development
  • Third-party service configuration

Once these activities have commenced, the applicable deposit is generally non-refundable, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and applicable law.

3. Refunds for Unstarted Projects

If a client requests cancellation before Andlyl has started work, Andlyl may, at its discretion, consider a refund of amounts paid for services that have not yet been performed.

Any non-refundable transaction fees, third-party costs, administrative expenses, or other committed costs may be deducted where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

4. Refunds After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available for work already completed or resources already committed.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, Andlyl may calculate the amount payable based on:

  • Work completed;
  • Milestones delivered;
  • Development hours or resources used;
  • Design work completed;
  • Third-party expenses;
  • Infrastructure costs;
  • Other project-related commitments.

Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

5. Milestone Payments

For milestone-based projects, payments associated with completed or approved milestones are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before a future milestone begins, the treatment of any payment associated with that milestone will depend on the applicable agreement and whether Andlyl has already incurred related costs or commitments.

6. Change of Mind or Change in Business Requirements

Refunds are generally not provided solely because a client:

  • Changes their business strategy;
  • Changes their mind about a feature;
  • Changes branding or design preferences;
  • Decides not to launch the product;
  • Changes internal priorities;
  • No longer requires the software; or
  • Chooses to use another technology provider.

Where possible, Andlyl may work with the client to modify the project scope or determine an appropriate alternative.

Any additional work resulting from changed requirements may incur additional fees.

7. Delays

A project delay does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Changes in project scope;
  • Client feedback or approval delays;
  • Missing content or information;
  • Delayed access or credentials;
  • Third-party services;
  • Hosting or infrastructure issues;
  • App-store approval;
  • API changes;
  • Technical dependencies; or
  • Circumstances outside Andlyl's reasonable control.

Where a delay is caused by Andlyl and materially affects the agreed project, Andlyl will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable agreement.

8. Defects and Bug Fixes

A software defect that falls within the agreed project scope does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where applicable, Andlyl will first seek to investigate and correct the issue according to the project's warranty or support terms.

Issues caused by factors outside the agreed scope may not qualify for complimentary remediation.

These may include:

  • Unauthorized code changes;
  • Modifications by another developer;
  • Third-party service changes;
  • Client infrastructure changes;
  • New requirements;
  • Incorrect client configuration; or
  • Use outside the agreed specifications.

9. Third-Party Services

Some Andlyl solutions depend on third-party services, including:

  • Cloud platforms;
  • AI providers;
  • Hosting providers;
  • Payment processors;
  • Messaging services;
  • Email services;
  • APIs;
  • App stores;
  • Software licenses; and
  • Other external platforms.

Fees paid to third-party providers may be non-refundable according to their respective terms.

Andlyl cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services purchased or configured on behalf of a client.

10. AI and Automation Services

AI and automation systems may depend on third-party models, APIs, data sources, platforms, and infrastructure.

AI-generated results may vary and may not always meet subjective expectations.

A refund will not generally be provided solely because AI-generated output differs from a client's expectations where Andlyl has delivered the agreed functionality and specifications.

Where an AI or automation system does not materially perform according to the agreed requirements, Andlyl will work with the client to investigate and resolve the issue according to the applicable agreement.

11. Cybersecurity Services

Cybersecurity services are professional services intended to identify, assess, mitigate, or manage security risks.

Because cybersecurity assessments and consulting involve professional analysis and time, completed cybersecurity services are generally non-refundable.

A cybersecurity engagement does not guarantee that a client will experience no future security incidents or vulnerabilities.

12. Subscription and Recurring Services

Where Andlyl provides recurring services, subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, support, or other recurring services, cancellation and refund terms will depend on the applicable subscription or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, fees for a billing period that has already commenced may not be refundable.

Clients should review the applicable service agreement before subscribing to recurring services.

13. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an incorrect amount, Andlyl may issue a refund or apply the excess amount toward an outstanding balance, subject to verification.

Clients should contact Andlyl promptly if they believe a payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly.

14. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact Andlyl before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will review the transaction and attempt to resolve legitimate billing concerns promptly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported immediately.

15. Cancellation Requests

Clients requesting cancellation should contact Andlyl using the official contact information provided on the website or in their project agreement.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Client or company name;
  • Project or service name;
  • Relevant invoice or agreement information; and
  • Reason for cancellation, where appropriate.

The effective date of cancellation and any resulting payment obligations will be determined according to the applicable agreement.

16. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Andlyl will generally process the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Andlyl is not responsible for delays caused by a third-party payment provider or financial institution.

17. Non-Refundable Expenses

Certain expenses may be non-refundable, including where applicable:

  • Third-party software licenses;
  • Cloud hosting charges;
  • Domain registration fees;
  • API usage charges;
  • AI platform usage charges;
  • App-store fees;
  • Payment processing fees;
  • Purchased assets or licenses;
  • Specialized services;
  • Infrastructure expenses; and
  • Other third-party costs incurred for the project.

The applicable proposal or agreement may identify these costs in greater detail.

18. Refund Exceptions

Andlyl may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis where circumstances justify doing so.

Any approved exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

Refunds will remain subject to applicable contracts and laws.

19. No Refund for Business Outcomes

Andlyl does not guarantee specific business results from its technology services.

Refunds will not generally be issued because a client does not achieve a particular:

  • Revenue target;
  • Number of leads;
  • Number of customers;
  • Conversion rate;
  • Marketing result;
  • Return on investment;
  • Search ranking; or
  • Other business outcome,

unless a specific performance-based commitment has been expressly agreed to in writing.

20. Project-Specific Agreements

A proposal, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, subscription agreement, or other signed contract may contain refund, cancellation, termination, or payment provisions that differ from this policy.

Where a signed agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will control for that engagement.

21. Changes to This Refund Policy

Andlyl may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updates will be published on this page along with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes to the contractual terms of an existing client engagement will remain subject to the applicable written agreement.
